Ordering FAQ

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about ordering from Wondershare. But please also feel free to contact our "Customer Service Center" if you have any queries or concerns.
Q:
A:

With Personal License, you can use the software for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non commercial environment. That is, you only intend to use it at home for private use and on exactly one computer per license.

With Business License, you (individual) can use the software in a business, academic, or government environment. You may use the program on exactly one computer per license.

With Site License, you are granted a nonexclusive right to install and use the program, provided that this SOFTWARE will be installed only on teams, workgroup or workstations permanently located in the offices, grounds, and/or campus of your company or educational institution, If the company or educational institution consists of more than one non-contiguous physical location, then a separate license is required for each separate location.

With the volume license lets you legally install a software program on multiple computers - and at a price often much less than buying a Personal License to use for each PC.

Q:
Is my order secure?
A:
SWREG (who is the e-commerce partner for Wondershare) has an order process that is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information(such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc.) is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.
Q:
What soom will I get the product after I place my order online?
A:
For Download Version:
You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. You will also receive a confirmation by email that will contain all of your order data including your invoice or receipt.

A order request will also be sent to the our database by email. (This will takes hours or more to process by SWREG). As soon as we recieved the order request, the ultimate confirmation will be sent to you via email containing the link of the downloadbale "exe" file and the Registration Code for installation.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact with our "Customer Service Center"

For CD Version:
Once your order has been processed successfully, a registration email will be sent to you within 24 hours. You can download a new version of our software from the URL we sent to you in the registration email to use the software before your CD finally arrives.

We will ship via US Postal Service First Class mail (US) and Air Mail (overseas) within two business days after receiving your order. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery (US) or 4 weeks for delivery (overseas), although it usually takes much shorter time.

Q:
What can I do if I haven't got my unlock key after payment?
A:
There are some reasons why this could happen.In most cases, it is caused by that the registration email is held back as "SPAM" by your email provider.
Actually, you can enter "support.wondershare.com" to get download URL and keycode by yourself. Do as follows:

Visit "support.wondershare.com", log on with your user name (E-mail) and password. Enter "My orders" section and click the "resend" button. Subsequently the keycode email will be sent to your inbox imediately.
Moreover, if you forget your password,please click over the section"If the password is not available, please click here to retrieve it". Then at the bottom of the page, type in either your E-mail address or an order No. for the product to verify your identity. You can get your password afterwards.

Q:
What's your Upgrade Policy?
A:
Being a registered user of Wondershare software, you are entitled to enjoy a free copy of any minor updates to this product. For example, if you have purchased version 1.0 of the product, you will get all the further 1.x versions free.

In addition, once a major revision (2.0, 3.0, etc.) of the software you have previously purchased is released, you'll need to pay an upgrade fee if you want to take advantage of this major update, since it may be combined with a significant amount of improvements and new features.

What's your Refund Policy?
A:
Wondershare Software's products are provided as trial versions for download directly from our site. Use these 'try-before-you-buy' versions to ensure that they are compatible with your computer systems and satisfy all of your requirements before purchasing the full version.
All sales are final. Once the registration details and download instructions have been issued, they cannot be cancelled. Exceptions to the refund policy are handled on a case-by-case basis and only granted when emergency or extenuating circumstances exist.
